Nature-Based Retreats & Workshops

Drawing on my creative practice and skills as a therapeutic forest approved practitioner and yoga teacher, I weave the five pathways to nature connection – contact, beauty, meaning, emotion and compassion – throughout my creative, nature-based retreats and workshops to bring a sense of wonder whilst highlighting the profound connection that exists between creativity, nature and wellbeing.

My aim is to encourage or renew your connection to nature, to restore and reimagine your relationship with Self, living landscapes and your community.

Autumnal Retreat, Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery

Discover inner peace and renewal during a mindful autumn retreat at the tranquil Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery in Dumfries and Galloway, from 18th to 20th September 2026.

Trood (Berwick and Borders Yoga) and I are excited about building on our inaugural retreat from last September! This time around, we plan to add more yoga flows and opportunities to meditate in the very special setting of this Buddhist monastery but still underpinning our practice with yogic/Buddhist philosophy.
You can book or find further information via the button below, which will take you to Berwick and Borders Yoga website.

Combining restorative yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy and lots of self care advice…I slowed right down and felt very restful at the end, sleeping very deeply that night!
